Classes

Each program utilizes exercises and movements incorporated in sports and sports performance. These exercises and movements are designed to increase strength, balance, coordination, cardiovascular function, and proprioception.

  • A high energy, low-to-moderate impact, continuous motion, 60 minute workout in shallow water.

  • A high energy, low-to-no impact, continuous motion, 60 minute workout. This workout is in deep water-utilizing the assistive support of noodles or belts.
